  1. How can I book a parking spot? Simply fill out the reservation form on our website (link), and select your desired entry and exit dates and times.
  2. Can I change or cancel my reservation? You can easily extend your parking time anytime through the CityPark app, but cancellations are not available. 
  3. What payment methods do you support? We accept/support credit and debit cards for all transactions. 
  4. What if I arrive earlier or later than my reservation time? You can arrive up to 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled entry time. Since your reservation is prepaid, your spot is guaranteed for the entire duration of your booking, regardless of your arrival. 
  5. What if I stay longer than my scheduled time? You will be automatically charged for the additional parking time based on the current rates. 
  6. Are there facilities for people with special needs? Yes, we offer specially designed parking spaces to accommodate the needs of all our customers, located conveniently near the parking facilities. 
  7. How do I enter the parking area? After booking, you’ll receive an email with a QR code. Simply scan the code at the entrance device to gain access to the parking area. 
  8. Are there any special rates or offers for loyal customers? Yes, we do! We offer special subscription plans and discounts for our loyal customers. Just sign up or register for our loyalty program via the CityPark app to start enjoying these exclusive perks. 
  9. Is my vehicle secure in the parking area? Absolutely! Our parking areas are under constant surveillance, with 24/7 monitoring through security cameras and personnel to ensure your vehicle’s safety.” 
  10. Do you have charging stations for electric vehicles? Yes, we do! We offer charging stations for electric vehicles at select spots. You can easily reserve a spot with charging services when making your reservation.
